They were indian, male and middle aged, they identified themselves as John Martin. I am ex-directory and my phone is registered with the telephone preference service to block sales calls and unwanted calls.
SCAM told me that our company was with them for phone systems and lied about it and then when caught out still wanted to talk to manager

Feel it's a scam call from telephone number 01722741109 to my so called ex directory landline phone. All calls go onto my telephone answering machine but no message is ever left

Fraud 01224928396 @ 14.20. called my wife to say an order of an Iphone13 was placed at 8am this morning, when i said we were asleep at the time, she said in her "foreign accent", that we would be billed for it, when i asked if they had my card details, she said yes, so I asked her to read out which card, she then hung up on me. when trying to dial back the number, it doesn't connect, DEFINATELY a scammer.. Safe number, at least when I rang them back it was some kind of agency checking on housing associations and whether they were keeping up to date with repairs. When I said I had no problems the lady said she'd update the record and that was the end of the call.

SPAM - automated voice call asking questions, sounds like a real call at first but its like one of those joke calls years ago.
Called saying that they were from bank and that Amazon had taken money from my bank account for items sent abroad.
Had ring me 2 days in a row. A man with a very strong Indian accent said he was ringing from O2 saying as a loyal O2 customer I qualify for a discount on my O2 monthly bill. When he started asking me to go into messages to see a text he was sending to me I decided it sounded dodgy and hung up. Today I just told them I don't believe they are ringing from O2 and told them to F off before hanging up.

Called multiple times and at stupid hours. Midnight I received 3 missed calls and a voicemail which was just music playing, whereas the voicemail left in the day he was a "recruiter". Do not answer.

Called around mid day to say my bank account had significant withdrawals and said press 2 to talk to an advisor. I suggested they did something physiologically impossible!
Called me but when I answered immediately had an answering machine that said a letter for me had been returned to them so they would be taking legal action, like an answering machine would go into that much depth. Then I waited for the message to repeat to hear who it claimed to be and instead it hung up. Clearly a scam.
