When I asked who was calling, without giving my name, a lady said "good afternoon, how are you today?" I asked again who was calling. the lady said " your father" and hung up. I recieved text from this number - claimed to be a Royal Mail message saying they were holding a parcel for me that had a surcharge - it asked me to use a link to arrange delivery. I went to the Royal mail tracking website which said it did not recognise the tracking number they gave. The phone number does not seem to be a Royal Mail number. I concluded it is a scam.
