Calling this number back (anonymously)reveals that it is an automated dialler. The recorded message says that you can block future calls. I will not try!!

This number is ao.com. They ring it when you ve placed an order in the pretence of confirming delivery details etc. In fact, their sole purpose is to sell you their costly insurance cover for the items you ve bought. No new information re delivery details is provided, they just repeat your order details. These are unsolicited scripted insurance sales calls and as such a form of harassment. They don t leave a message when they ring so that you ring back and incur the cost of the call. Very shoddy behaviour.

A scouser John called and said he was calling from property services ltd... or something, and was calling to see if I qualified for government subsidy. He was nice enough, but it worried me a bit that he knew my name and had my address. Politely asked him to remove me and do one.

This number does belong to GoDaddy - it s the number they called me on when I needed technical support. I was told that even though the caller was based in Northern Ireland, the call would come through on a London number.

09 Dec 2021 - Kept ringing me and when I answered the 3rd time and muted it, the guy on the other end said "hey, fuck off" He called again straight after hanging up and when I told him to stop calling me or I would call the police he said "I love you and want to propose" He called me a total of 5 times in 3 minutes. SCAM Spoke to me for a few seconds to confirm that I didn't sound like an easy target then rapidly cut me off. I can only assume they are scamsters probably not calling from this number, but spoofing it.

They say they are calling about the miss-selling of payment protection insurance. I first got the calls in early May when i guess they were just checking whether the random digit diallings were live numbers and saving them into a list. Now they are selling the list or carrying out surveys themselves. This needs to stop. I know people who work in call centres doing this type of thing. It s a slimey business.

Tried to claim it was right number so must be someone else in my "household" who had reported an accident. The number is a business phone solely for my use so they were just talking rubbish.
