Introduced himself as Matthew Cole. Called me by my first name so he has my mobile number and my name. Said he was calling from Aviva about my Life Insurance. I don't have Aviva Life Insurance I told him. He hung up immediately. SCAM. NOT AVIVA AT ALL AND HIS NAME SEEMED FAKE ALSO. Googled Matthew Cole Aviva nothing came up. DO NOT ANSWER. CALL SEEMS TO BE COMING FROM DUDDERSTON BURMINGHAM ACCORDING TO THE MAP ON THIS WEBSITE.

TalkTalk claim them but don t have records of their calls. They managed to cancel a transfer to another company without my permission. Talk Talk are prohibited from contacting you while a transfer is going through, other than by letter. I think this is an iffy way round the rules. They don t use TT main 0800 telephone number. They called me several times and i decided to answer it today and they told me that they from amenisty international(human right)as i wanted to ask more question the line cut off.Later on i googled amenisty international and i couldn t find that number and i became suspicious.
