SCAM A female agent called me with Mobile Phone = 07428693956 at 12:22 pm identifying themselves as BT Customer Services and Security. They said their engineer was working on the line and detected an extra IP address registered at my location. Now BT customer services never ring outbound on a mobile, plus IP addresses are allotted by the router and not by the user. Scam call re purchase of iphone from amazon
Wanted to talk about my life insurance policy but said it was an "AIG policy" which it isn't. When questioned on this he repeated the same thing once and then stealthily changed it to say he was working with my provider and AIG. Double checked and the two companies don't appear related. He then started on the spiel where he called it a personal policy which it isn't. Let him continue to waste his time and then told him the truth when he asked at which point he hung up on me. Total scam BS.
The man on the phone was saying to let him ask me 4 questions. He said he was from a company called UK Today and i asked him what this was and his response was constantly to let him ask me 4 questions so i hung up the call

I also had a message saying that they miss me. When I quizzed who it was they said Joana. I checked the number with a WhatsApp picture and it was a bloke so definitely not a Joana. I would suggest that you block the number

SCAM O2 scam. Don't give them any details. If you receive two text messages while they are on the call just delete them. Don't give them the number contained in the second message.
The caller said that they were from the National Grid and needed to change my meter. Apparently it is malfunctioning. This is a prelude to trying to get my bank details I thin; I didn't hold on for long enough to find out.
