Caller said they wanted to ask how I was getting on with new mobile - odd as I have had this one for nearly 18 months! I asked where they had got my number from - they kept repeating they obtained data from market research - I said that was not enough & asked to speak to their supervisor - they put phone down.
That company called me today. It's Countrywide Surveyors and they were calling with good reason.
Unsolicited silent cold calling, we believe them to be scammers. Beware this number because they never leave a message on answerphone!!! Says it all, we have reported to Action Fraud - phising - police.

A foreign gentleman called from this number 01223 691019, claiming to be from Virgin Media. He wanted access to my modem via my smartphone or computer to make updates. When I said that I had neither he started to get a little agitated. Also kept hinting towards a bad phone connection. This was a call to my landline. I don't know if this is a scam or not, but is very likely as Virgin probably wouldn't access your home internet via a 3rd party mobile phone company.

Constantly ringing again and again. i ignored the calls and they rang 8 time in 15 minutes time period. It is incredibly annoying. I answered the last call and the man was quite aggressive and refused to remove my name from his calling list and blamed me for answering my own phone.
