"James" (Spoke very poor English)said he was calling from BT and that my internet router was infected and he needed to log on remotely to my PC. I asked why BY was calling because I am with another service provider. He said if I didn t let him log on my PC would close down and be permenantly damaged. I asked him for I number at BT i could verify his call was genuine and he hung up

Called at 13:51 today by a foreign sounding male, who gave an English sounding name. Said he was calling on behalf of Marks & Spencer and stated they had been given my number by the Government. When I said I wasn t the person he was asking for (I was) he said "then why the f**k did you waste my time then you b***h" before disconnecting the call. Charming gentleman.

Have had various calls from this number asking for ex husband. They asked me to confirm postcode which I wouldnt do. It was from a previous address and long out of date. When I asked where he got my mobile number from they hung up. Rude Asian guy. Definate

They are Accident Claim Experts and called about an accident that I had supposedly had in Bristol. I hadn't been in an accident and asked them to take me off their list of people to contact. THey ignored my request and just kept trying to find out who had the accident and finding the error that had led to my number coming up. Conversation ended badly......definitely a nuisance though!

I've tried to call back this morning and all I get is some frantic piano playing and a fast US message asking me to stay on line for next available agent. He said he wanted to offer me a reduced bill by combining my EE broadbad and my BT telephone line. He then asked for some personal details, which I was not going to offer him so I just rang off.
