The telecoms company Gamma Telecom Holdings Ltd That sold this number also supply a list of phone numbers to call. You are on that list if this number phoned you. I had a call today from a South African sounding lady, from London number 020 8089 6127 said she was calling from a company called Teabag that got my suspicions up straight away, asked to speak to me by name, so she already had my name and phone number somehow. Said that she understood, I had lost money in an investment and would I like to get it back, I asked how she got my name and phone number and she immediately hung up. This is obviously a scam,

SCAM - received a text from this number saying it was from British Gas and to reply with meter readings. Called the number and the recorded message said that the number wasn’t recognised. BEWARE!!!

Received a text from this number: “Our driver Simon attempted to deliver your shipment today but no one was home. To reshedule a new delivery date, visit:”. I didn’t order anything, plus the URL link wasn’t working, and there’s a typo in the text too so I assume it’s a scam.
