Indian sounding person said his name was John called claiming to be from BT and that our internet connection could be accessed and our personal information could be compromised. he asked me to go on to my computer and he will guide me through what to do. Then i Put the phone down.

This number has called 3 times today. Voice very similar to BT’s robotic voice saying ‘ You have a call waiting, press any key to continue’ I have not and will not!

Informed me that I had been in an accident recently. I said "no, I haven't. Where did you get my number from?" The reply was "when exactly was your accident?...

I received chargeable texts off these people .They said I had subscribed to something I had never even heard .Total amount is 108 pounds 50 pence .I am absolutely livid .

Called 14.30 I didn’t answer but they left a silent message

Called my mother claiming she was entitled to a PPI compensation. Mother has never once had a credit card or even a loan!

No answer. Rang back and got a message saying "Your call is very important to me. Please hold whilst we transfer you to an agent."

They call 2 or 3 times a day, and when i answer, i always hear a conversation going on between the people in the office, then they go silent and hang up. I called back today and spoke to a sales agent Maurice James, who said he would remove my number from their account. BEfore he had chance to put the phone down on me i asked him to confirm the number and address and name of who he had listed, and he came up with a name, address and postcode which are definitely not me. Have been trying this number for two days and there is no response whatsoever. It seems impossible to speak to a person at Hermes...I’ve done the live chat, the question response on their website but nothing. My parcel arrived at the depot and hasn’t been heard of since.
