Just received a fake call (pre-recoded) claiming to be from HMRC! Claiming my mum was "going to get sued" and told her to call back on the following number; 0203 322 4298 it s not HMRC. Called as it s a local number to me (Amesbury) I picked up as could have been a trustworthy number. No sound after repeatedly answering "Hello??" after 10 secs heard garbled nonsense and the line went dead. Tried calling back had 20 secs of silence and no ring tone.
