Claiming to be from a legal firm (in his thick Indian accent) calling about my son's recent accident (used his name so his insurance company must have kindly sold his details). SCAM , automated message tells you that they are wanting to verify a Visa credit card transaction and to press a number if you have not authorised it. This is a known scam. So hang up if you get this call.

The manager I spoke to was rude, and as I said I would contact ofcom re the unsolicited call, he said that’s ofgem you F****ng idiot. I am going to contact ofcom and ofgem to see if they can do anything regarding this business as the manager I spoke to called me an idiot as well as F****ng hitler. He also said he was the owner of the business.

Be careful it’s a scamI they send a text saying my new number save it with no name. I text back and asked if they were . Next got a couple of short text about hope your day is better than mine. Then a text asking to send £1500.00 because they needed the money and because number was changed it would take 24 hrs for verification . Promised to pay the money back tomorrow. I said I couldn’t pY any money as I was out and didn’t have details on me.
