SCAM - has to be as I have no contacts in the north of England and the number, once blocked, is followed within a couple of hours by another similar number coming from the same location. SCAM. Rang once then hung up. This is a " call-back scam. If you call back you will be charged premium rate for the call, and it's probably PPI, ambulance chasers or "You've won an IPhone". Block number and DON'T CALL BACK.

I received a call from this number to my home telephone at about 15.50hrs in the afternoon. I answered quickly as I was sat next to my telephone and could hear background sounds resembling a call centre but no-one spoke to me so I hung up. Presuably some sort of cold-call.
