Looks like another Scam or Fraud as I'm not due any delivery's and the Post Office leave a card through your door when they can't get an answer, also I was in the whole day, I have reported the text message and number to the Ofcom scam text number: 7726 must be the 7th number I've reported now since I found the number to report scams to. This is a mobile number, supposedly from Natwest Fraud department. Its a scam. The map linked to this shows an area south of Glasgow, but marked Moscow.

Called me but when I answered immediately had an answering machine that said a letter for me had been returned to them so they would be taking legal action, like an answering machine would go into that much depth. Then I waited for the message to repeat to hear who it claimed to be and instead it hung up. Clearly a scam.

It's a scam - someone claimed they are calling from O2 Chinese Customer Service center - they even know my personal details (e.g. name, number, email) and say I am involved with sending spamming text so need to file a record with chinese police. They gave me lots of details to verify their identity that makes them trustworthy. However, I reconfirmed with O2 that this is not their CS number - so it's only a spam call. Beware!

this number is for a ulez payment but is a con i paid a charge of £17.50 and is on my bank statement as ULEZSERVICE but my ulez charge has not been paid on the receipt is this number every time i call picked up and cut of never have i spoken to any one i would never have known unless i called tfl and asked why they took £17.50 instead of £12.50 where i now have a £80.00 charge so this scam has cost me almost £100.00
