I ignored the call most of the month - finally answered it today and they refused to discuss with me as I would not pass DPA. I went on to live chat on their website whom confirmed the call was from them - I have recommended they add the number they call from to their website as google search shows it as a telepest rather than a genuine call. As with other responders, the caller tried to imply that there were changes to my domestic insurance cover but no worries, they could fix it for me. Did I have a pencil and paper ready? When I pointed out that I get daily nuisance calls so put the request in writing, the line went dead. im registered with TPS but what s the point - it makes no difference!
