Someone called my landline on this number about 0815 this morning and it woke me up! No message left. It is a similar number to a couple of calls I have received this week. The previous callers claimed to be from BT, saying there was a problem with my broadband connection - which there isn’t and I told them so. It is likely a scam to get you to give information so they can hack into your system.

SCAM Apparently, I had been selected by O2 to get 40% off my tariff! Caller told me that to go through security he'd send me 2 texts... at this point I expressed my doubts that he was really from O2 and ended the call

Scam loan company asking about an application I made, advised the caller that no application was made and asked him to have my number removed from the system, he instead tried to convince me to apply for a loan instead.

SPAM. Unknown sender sent a message to me on 13/3/2022. Left a message asking "Is he free yet as we have leave shortly" Do not reply to this number.

I have has these calls before and seemed to be an obvious scam, so I briefly went along… The caller said I would receive an email from o2 but first I would have to pass security and he would send me 2 links with questions. Told him he was a scammer and hung up. Reported call & number to the ICO

The above number texted me today claiming they are Amazon and that there had been an attempt from IP address:42.344.91.27 to login my account.

A SCAM - be very careful as the person on the phone will try to get you to download a programme called "anydesk.com" which gives remote access to your computer. In my case the person said he was from SKY and was checking on my report on bad internet signal (that part was true). He took me through a few dialogue boxes (thankfully I knew that I was not changing settings). He then tried to get me to download the programme. Thankfully I questioned it. He hung up. Some nonsense about the care/warranty package for my tv, cooker and washing machine. Asked for company name and gave me two different names. Then when he asked for the year I was born, I told him 1900 and he hung up. The bloke on the other end was really thick and gullible and I hope his wife leaves him and his mother sleeps with his best friend

Usual asian call center thicko scammer, claiming to be from social housing repair team, ffs, how thick can you get, if you're going to try scamming someone it has to be a believable company and the above certainly isn't that. They don't like being called liars either.

Became agressive when challanged regarding legitimacy of call. Then received caller-withheld harrasment & time wasting calls a few minutes after putting the phone down with the 'caller' attempting to change the sound of their voice

SCAM, I rcvd a call from a guy who claimed he was from BT and that we had a problem with our line etc. Sadly for him we have nothing to do with BT and when I confronted him & had a go at him and asked him never to call our number again he called me a ba.....rd. I decided to just hang up and blocked his number.
