Had a few calls today from this number, the last one just now at almost 11.30 at night. Can t say what I would do to them given a chance. That s not just a nuisance (non) call, how dare they ring so late at night? Something really needs to be done. I was called from 0121 554 8370 who claimed to be from virgin media stating that my internet had been highjacked from outside the property. When asking the caller questions she was not able to provide adequate information so I ended the call as I became suspicious as the questions they would have knowledge of by looking at our account details. If this was a genuine call from virgin media, I suggest they have the details of the account in front of them before they make the call.
