Heavily accented guy called claiming to be from First Nation bank with regard to PPI claim to the value of ?3000. Apparently they need to take commission (no win no fee) of ?200, but can only take this in the form of Google Play cards... (As if!) Called me twice while I was on another call. When I called back just three minutes after he last called me he wanted to know who I was. He said I'd called him earlier in the day when he was in a meeting, even though I had made no outgoing calls at all that day. When I pointed this out he hung up. I believe he said he was "Henry Lane", and I have now blocked the number.

Received a text on my mobile saying that my Paypal account has been blocked. There was a link to follow to unblock it. DO NOT CLICK ON THE LINK. Check up with Paypal on another device, through normal channels. I did this on my laptop and it was not sent by them. THIS IS A SCAM DO NOT RESPOND.

"Sharon" from the "Citizens Advisory Service" just called me and informed me of some alleged unsecured loans that I need help with!?!?!? When I told her this was untrue and she shouldn t be looking at my financial information, she shouted "shut up. shut up!" down the phone and hung up. I d say that was pretty dodgy wouldn t you?

Caller claims to be from Amazon. Tells story that due to account hack they are going to start charging you £100 a month for prime. They then try and get you to start a remote control session with them on your computer.
Cold call from this company. Advised company re TPS and did not appreciate cold calls, put phone down. Caller phoned back and became abusive and threatening. I informed police and have a crime number. Hopefully the police will take action.

The letter looks genuine, uses a genuine Lloyds address and gives this number to call with questions.
