Answering this number gives rise to a recorded message threatening legal action and arrest for tax evasion, and an option to press a number for further action. I rang off, but this looks like a dangerous phishing call that is after personal details (banking details). As it comes from a Westminster landline it should be easy to trace and shut down. THis is fake. I had a text pretending to be from my bank, about a transaction. My bank says no such transaction, and they did not send this message. Advice: do not call the number on the text, call your bank using the number printed on the back of your bank card.
