They're pretending to be iD Mobile but they're not, god knows how they're finding what mobile service we're with to try and make the text message look genuine. Number comes up as a UK mobile issued by EE. Lady with American accent asked for the phone's owner; when asked "who's calling please?" she asked again if she could speak to the owner - we replied "Yes you can, who's calling?" she hung up.
Automated call explaining an alert has not been set up or acknowledged on my phone. Definitely dangerous and probably a scam. Make sure to block and ignore.
