Did not call the number back, instead called Barclays on a website published number to verify it before opening up any discussion, Never give out details to people on incoming calls from numbers you simply don t know are 100% genuine.

Called and said was calling on behalf of BT, our line was due a review... very deceptive, especially since we dont use BT haha...
