Accident. Said I had had a bump with the car and people were wanting to get details. I haven't had a bump so it wasn't relevant. I said I was reporting the call and have blocked the number.

The ombudsman have no reason to be directly looking at my bank account without the bank ever contacting me. Strange behaviour. Wanted me to spell my details back to him as if data gathering.
