Called saying they were advice something. They said my life vover was not adequate but couldn't give my name. Trying to sell life insurance fraud/scam.

SCAM pretending to be from 02 but o2 confirmed it is a scam caller. Sent text message and wanted to have the code read out to them. Rude when didn't comply.

I got a call from this number today, 06/03/2023, from someone claiming to be from Vodafone, I was offered a 20% discount for the last 12 months of my contract. When they asked for my name and address I ended the call. They had a strong Indian accent. I contacted Vodafone who confirmed is was a fraud.

Claimed to be from a Housing Repair Organisation about the building defects that I had reported. Totally untrue. 100% scam caller.

This is a scam call - the message was to 'Mum asking us to save their new number'. when we tried calling it indicated that the caller was in Russia! Bad luck Putin - we blocked the caller!

020 8144 3803 Windows computer virus scam. They (whoever 'they' are) have been using the same script for years. In fact, this number goes back a while. They con you into giving them access to your PC, plant a virus on it (supposedly) then charge you £100's to remove it. Just hang up & block the number.

Covid warning text with a link to a get a test. This appears to be a scam as no contact with any Covid positive people. It didn’t conform to official NHS Covid texts as per NHS website.

Seemed like a scam to me. Automatic message said there were suspicious charges againt my bank account and invited me to press 1 to cancel these charges. Banks don't work like that.

Automated call with robotic voice pretending to be from HMRC and making accusations of outstanding taxes.

Suspected fraud Automated call saying they are calling from Royal Mail because parcel hasn't been delivered twice as nobody was home and to press button for English or Chinese. Then the same message in Chinese. As I did not press a button, the call ended. (And I am not waiting for a parcel). I am very suspicious, as I never got a call from Royal Mail from a mobile number, they normally leave a notification behind to pick it up yourself. And why would they have the same message in Chinese as well?Fraud

Purporting to be from “Bank Security”, regarding unauthorised transactions. Select option 1 if I authorised 2 high cost transactions, press 2 to speak to customer support, who spoke with a strong accent, asking me for personal details. I hung up.

This is a removals company I used to move that scammed me over £1000. They operate under the names Riight Moves Removals and previously Royale Removals, the owner being Sat Singh.

Answered the call and heard an automated voice claiming that HMRC would be initiating legal proceedings against me. Terminated the call before they got any further. Very dodgy.

Purported to be from ‘visa’ and had held a £100 payment on my card as it was for on line gambolling in the USA and seemed suspicious. Asked you to speak to an operative to get the payment removed from your account. Obvious criminal intent!

"Bank of Scotland" left concurrently 2 text messages and a voicemail, & phoned from 0333 045 9640. 1st text said "You will shortly receive a text from Bank of Scotland Card Services to confirm recent activity on your card ending xxxx" (the actual numbers on my card). 2nd text said fraudulent purchase of £349 from Apple had been blocked. Received a witheld number and followed up with texyt purporting to be Wise QUERYING A PAYMENT REQUEST TO REVOLUT £1510.15 SIGNED BY Anthony Wilson Said it was a Trojan virus and wanted to know if I had any other Bank accounts reluctant to give any account information. Received another call from someone who said they hold a 20stake in the Fraud team and started getting very angry when I started to challenge him he wanted me to change my pin number. Fealt very threatened with the conversation.
