Constantly calling as an international number
These morons called my work number with an automated message telling me to call them back. The number they called is for an organisation with thousands of employees and the number they called is not for any individual. recorded message advising that internet would be cut off, Ive heard this message at a friends house also so would hazard a guess that this is a scam - the number that dialled was different at my friends house. Message says to press 1 to speak to BT

Similar story to many of the above, claim that the 3rd party in an accident is making a claim and I should too, very poor line on the one occasion someone did speak otherwise it just hangs up after I answer. Tried calling back and it just goes straight to hold music indefinately.

Optical Express - they called as I had made an inquiry online about laser eye surgery but they rang 10 times over the space of a few days, didn t leave a message or text/email to say who they were. It really has put me off using them as I can imagine they will harass me if I do go for a consultation.
Last entry. Year was 2015.
This number has called a number of times and left no message. Eventually, found it was the AA touting for me to renew my membership. Because of this calling practice they have lost my business.

SCAM - obvious fake call, automated message about unpaid tax, magistrates court etc. Option to click 1 to make payment or some such rubbish.

Pretending to be from Virgin Media; "Hello my name is Carol, I'm calling from Virgin Media" with thick Indian accent and noisy call centre background. Asked which part of London this Virgin Call centre is in. She replied "Canberra", maybe confused with Australia? I asked if she's sure she's not from Kerala or Calcutta to which she replied with "muder fu**er, F**k you".
Had two calls from this number today. They let it ring twice and then hang up before I answer.
