This is an actual real firm's number. But the number has been taken over by some scammer who is contacting random people. I did not answer the phone in time, so rang back and the company said they had several people ringing back who had been approached by scammers. Awful for them to be used like this.

TAXES / HMRC Received a recorded message from female with American accent, (similar voice to many other recorded calls threatening legal action). It purported to be from HMRC and legal proceedings have been instituted against me. Told me to press button 1 for further information. This is DANGEROUS THREATENING BOGUS CALL. DO NOT PRESS BUTTON 1 AS IT ALLOWS CALLER ACCESS TO YOUR PHONE.
Pretending to be from Rosendale's Bailiff, trying to get me to transfer money, or will send some one round, abusive and rude, totally a scam... Feels sorry for the people they will con. Insha Allah they will get there just deserves in this world if they are lucky, if not in the next world.

Getting scammed by this company was the worst nightmare that happened to me early this year. I wish I had done enough research before engaging. Maybe the situation with them would have been different. I was so naïve and did not have enough information I needed to know about the whole online investing scenario. If this is as others say ..Everest. that company went bust in 2019 and is now called everest 2020. They still owe or Chapel more than 4k deposit back. I have had this number blocked since last year because it kept ringing and there was nothing there . It just came up again as a blocked call today.. and yesterday.
