SCAM - has to be. This number called me today. I do not answer unrecognised numbers. They left a voice mail, foreign voice, couldn't really pick up on everything said, voice was quite deep. They did say I needed to make a payment and to answer emails. There is a legitimate company with the same name selling horse feed, but they are not located in the UK nor have an 020 number. Avoid!
