My "local" insulation expert decrying present "fluffy" loft insulation. When I asked if he was trying to sell me loft insulation he rang off. Annoying cold caller who thinks that with a Bournemouth number he is local to the North West of Lancashire.
Call from this number reporting to be from the google trade council!?!? The person at the end of the phone was desperate to get some more information about my business. At the end of a lengthy call the caller became very aggressive and said "p122 off you time waster" and hung up!!

At least 2 calls every day from this number. When I do pick up the phone goes dead. Its about time the TPS in this country gained real power like the US, over there if a company calls after being told not, they have to pay a fixed penalty to the homeowner. Silent calls are made once or twice daily. My answer-phone states "the caller has cleared", and normally the number is withheld, but not on this and a previous occasion. The pattern of the calls makes me think it is the same caller, [for many months]. The TPS advise it may be silent or abandoned calls,or recorded calls.
