I do not recognise this phone number to be of a business that I have corresponded with and still don't after looking it up. I allowed the call to ring out because of this.

I just got a call from this number left the message asking me to call back about my Cargo delivery that I have requested online. when I called back the automated voice said Concord logistics and I was put on hold for the longest I can imagine since all the advisors are busy. and then after a while the repeat message disappeared and the ringing started with no response. what is going on? am I being scammed?

Trying to get you to change energy supplier and also phish for information.

I spoke to someone at Homebase yesterday and they said that I would be asked to take part in a customer service survey, so I assume this is what this call was about. You can opt out by pressing 9, or just ignore the call and block the number as I did.

Phone pretending to be from E-on wanting to know who our new supplier was, but as E-on already know that he was clearly a scammer just fishing for information. A very aggressive foreign man who thought if he repeatedly demand information we would give it to him. Asian person saying will only take a minute just wanted to ask a few questions. normally i just hang up but for some reason i didnt. asked me what my brand of tv is, how much i spend on holidays, who my electricty is with, my income bracket where i would go on holiday. dont think they are con artist, just gathering data so more companies can send you spam...should have hung up! waste of 2 minutes

Male voice recorded message today "we have been trying to contact you about your boiler..............." I hung up and blocked number.

Caller knew my surname, when I asked where he got my number he said from a data base. When I continued to question him he became angry and told me to stop wasting his time!!

Very persistent, apparently works on commission. Sounded like a nice bloke trying very hard to make some money but... beware. Obvious indian or pakistani accent but then gave a very english name. Never give personal details or commit anything on a cold call.

Called himself Richard, came into my garden and offered to buy a car from me. Was not wearing a top, looked like a drinker. Seemed nice enough, but the encounter was a bit strange.

We get 2 or sometimes 3 calls per day from this number. The call is a recorded message about "government funded boilers etc". At the end of the message it says "Press 2 to speak to one of our advisers. But when I do this it only saves the message to my voice mail. How can I get these nuisance calls stopped? Someone please advise. Many thanks.

Not spam or a scam. They're Custom Insurance & Mortgage Solutions. I have my life assurance cover through them. They ring me every year to see if I need anything else.
