Accent was so thick I could barely understand anything he said, but he wanted my details. I said I was not giving any details over the phone to someone that I did not know and wanted someone to talk to me as clearly as I was talking to him. I waited, the line was open, and he hung up. Internet so say from Microsoft said I didn’t have computer or laptop, he continued to say there was a license in my name on his record I called him a liar/scammer - he kept going on I put phone down.
