AMAZON A lady with an Indian accent said she was from amazon and was calling about my prime account being charged and did I want my money back. I told her I didn't have a prime account. She said if I switch on my computer she will show me. I said why should I switch on my computer to find something that I don't have. She was rude and insistent.

Usual asian call center thicko scammer, claiming to be from social housing repair team, ffs, how thick can you get, if you're going to try scamming someone it has to be a believable company and the above certainly isn't that. They don't like being called liars either.

Scam caller pretended that wi-fi would end in 24 hours unless you pressed 1 to speak an advisor (obviously the scammer). Pressed # instead to upset the computer.
SCAM. An Asian sounding man who called himself Simon called me to say my washing machine warranty had run out. Seeing as our washing machine is about 15 or more years old I do not doubt it. I told him not to try and scam me as I had had these sort of calls before, and hung up. I have since blocked the number.
I think this number is being used as a scam saying money has been tried to be taken from my bank

They call me from this number and I don't pick up because I am from Tenerife and I have no family, no friends and no business in the UK. I am sure it is a scam, be very careful. Claimed to be from UK something but it was clearly an Indian call center as you can hear them all in the background. Strange how they say they are not selling anything but then won't let you speak at all so they can read thier script. So just hung up and cut him off and blocked the number.
