Man with Asian accent said he was calling from Virgin Media about my internet connection. He said they were having some problems which are affecting my internet connection but the call then disconnected. I've been with Virgin for many years and they've never once phoned me when there's been problems in the past. There is absolutely nothing wrong with my internet connection and I'm convinced that this was a scam call so I'm rating as dangerous.

Scam call pretending to be from Visa.....claiming that there had been suspicious transactions on my account then asking for further details.

Received a text from this number, claiming to be from Evri (the new name for Hermes), saying they'd missed a delivery, and wanted £1.45 for redelivery. I googled Evri and and according to them it's a scam, to get your bank details and Mt your account.

Received a call from 07520648939, claimed to be from a finance/stock market company- very strong foreign accent. Asked for email address as I didn't have the time to speak, told them to send me an email as they seemed to have my info, but he could only confirm my name, so I hung up. Probably a scam and I have blocked the number now

Amazon Prim scam. Claiming to have debited my account £95.

Fraud A friend of mine had money disappearing from her bank account, she's Burmese and her English isn't so good so I looked into it for her. Turns out it's a company called Florist-world.com that took 2 euro from her account then took 24 euro every 2 weeks. I finally found emails from them in her spam folder, they'd somehow managed to get hold of her debit card number and were taking 24 Euro every 2 weeks, the last email said that amount was increasing to 44 Euro. This number was given in an email supposedly from Google pixel services. the email claimed I had bought services from Google payable through paypal (£599.99). They appear to want me to call this number. I have bought no such services and I will not be calling this number. I think it is a scam.

This is a hoax .... say they are from currys and PC world... they offer upgrade on your phone, 1 week on no new phone canceled card payment and direct debit, phoned again today soon as they heard my voice they hung up, I've been keeping the line busy for the past 2 hours .... got nothing better to do. I know ut won't do any good but I must be annoying them and stopping them catching anyone else out.

This a scam number saying they are from amazon

This is a scam. Automatic woman's voice says your Amazon Prime has expired and to rejoin to pay £95.00 She says to press 1 to rejoin, or 2 for customer services. As I do not use Amazon this made me aware it's a scam and terminated the call and dialled 147 to find this Bournemouth number had registered as the caller.

SCAM - this is a record message apparently from HRMC regarding tax evasion and potential jail for tax fraud. You have to press 1 to.... I didn't listen any more and hung up.

This number called twice today. The man claims to be from a mobile phone company that works with my operator. Offers better deals. and need my details, and my contract details and when I asked why he's not taking data from the screen he admitted that my details are not there and he is calling with a completely different company. Clearly scammers and it's better not to talk to this number.
