Called my grandmother saying they were from the telephone preference service. Asked if she still pays her phone bill by direct debit. Then asked for her card expiry date. Grandmother knew that the telephone preference service was free and luckily knew this was a scam call. Don t give them anything!

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 20363468xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with direct marketing, insurance marketing, accident claims. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new? I really don't answer unknown numbers and don't want to call them back...

This phone number is calling at least three or four times a day. Then three or four times a week. 12 calls a week is taking the p*! Telling me I have booked a package holiday! I haven't! Had a missed call from this number. Thought it was a normal mobile so rang them back. I was then told by my mobile company I had insufficient funds to make the call. I have free minutes as a PAYG customer, but always keep a bit of credit as well just in case. I then found that calling this number had cost me money, not sure how much, but if I had had more credit I think it would have cost a lot more. My network have been very unhelpful about this!
