This number called me when I was not at home. They didn't have the courtesy to leave a message on my answerphone. On phoning this number, I find that it is non-existent. This is usually an indication that a scam caller is spoofing the number, so that they can't be traced.
01606721310 called my landline today 13/12/22 at 9:10am. Picked up the call and got a pre-recorded message from an American sounding female voice informing me that I had placed an order with AMAZON for gift cards to the value of £700. If I wished to question or check it to dial 1 or 2. This is clearly a SCAM after my banking details as I have not purchased anything from Amazon. I therefore class this call to my landline as DANGEROUS

Suggest you keep them hanging on the line as long as possible but don't download anything or give them your details. Just string them along and frustrate them. SPAM - A woman in a busy call centre immediately offered me an iPhone 14 when I picked up the phone. Didn't know who my current provider was so I assume this is a spam call being filtered through a local number.
