SPAM Obvious callcentre call - they listenend to my message about not wanting to buy anything and left a voicemail of them laughing. Oh how I laughed back when I blocked it!
They cold called me, & said they were from Virgin Media. Then they asked me for my password. I said NO! & immediately cut them off. I did not believe they were from Virgin Media. I think it is a scam to get hold your private details

Finally answered after about 3 missed calls each day for a few consecutive days. Said they were Vodafone and did I have a couple of minutes to spare for customer satisfaction survey. Said fine. Then asked me account security questions. I said you called me, why would I tell you? No chance. They suggested if I was worried I could ring them afterwards and change my security settings! Nice one. Mugs. Block.

'Carphone Warehouse' I've had previous ones from 'carphone warehouse' and asked them to take me off their call list.' I opened by saying this. The man replied 'no no no I can't do that.' I asked again to take me off their call list, to which he became extremely aggressive and threatening. He said that he would call me every single day from now on.
Hmm, even the Caller ID doesn't say some info, does someone know who is this? Have got a missed call from this one, don't wanna call back since I do not know the number... And as it seems also someone else was looking for the same number - people did someone answer it? Who is behind this number?

I got a call from them querying a legitimate transaction. They are genuine, however they annoyed me greatly by taking an age to load my account and kept me on hold for longer than I liked whilst they looked into it. For a fraud department I would have liked them to have been way quicker.
