My advert was for an expensive mountain bike and they kept referring to it as a bicycle. No one calls an expensive mountain bike.. a bicycle! They wanted my full address 'to work out shipping'. This is when it got sus. Googledthe number and found all this.
Asked to confirm my name and said they were from Legal & General (which i have policy with) but he couldn't tell me my policy number so i hung up. Get calls from similar numbers every day.
