Made threats of legal action from HMRC then asked to press one to speak to an officer. I suspected this was a scam as there is no reason to initiate legal action against myself - so I stopped call.

When challenged he blocked me without any response. How he got my partner’s number is still a cloudy one, but we in the Trans community do not make a habit of encouraging men to “slap us in the face with a (male chicken)” as a form of alarm clock. Getting so fed up with calls from this number, and others including what appear as mobiles, telling me that my "home appliance insurance" with them has expired, or is about to expire, and asking for my bank details so that it can be renewed. Very strange that the company insuring me (they're not, of course) has no idea what appliances I have. Calls coming 2-4 times each day.
