I don't wanna call back since I do not know the number - it could be just a robocaller testing if my number is responding, don't want to let them know my line is active... Supposedly from BT, Indian guy offering to remotely install antivirus on my sister's laptop. Got very irrate when I called him a scammer. Same guy called back after a few minutes hoping to get my sister who already had spent 30 minutes talking to him. When I wouldn't put my sister on the phone he threatened to disconnect the internet, so I told him go ahead and he then ended the call.

They called me and I didn't pick up the phone as I usually ignore unknown calls - they then sent me a text saying they're the HSBC Fraud Prevention team and asked me to call back. Was a bit suspicious so I called the number on the back of my card instead. Yep to all who are not sure whether this number is a scam or not - just call the number on the back of your card and they will transfer you to the team, you don't have guess whether the call is legit or not then.
