SCAM: I believe this caller is possibly cloning local STD numbers. In an American automated-voice it then claims a substantial purchase has been made fron Amazon via your VISA account. SCAM Further to my earlier review I managed to get the operator to give up on me by pretending to be deaf and unable to understand his heavy India accent (not entirely untrue on either count). Kept asking him to repeat all the questions and spell out everything: first his name, then the name of the company etc in a voice that makes me sound older than I am. After 2or 3 minutes he gave up.
SCAM Caller claimed to be from EON Next - very poor line, started to claim that they were calling regarding an issue with our post code and wanted meter details. I refused as I'd had another similar call from different number last week - which had all the hallmarks of a scam, so I hung up then and called EON Next back to verify what was going on. They had no record of any calls being made by EON Next to my company either in reference to our post code or our meter numbers. TOTAL SCAM - HANG UP !

Called me twice. Today I checked the number. The pitch: calling from my mobile provider to offer a 30% discount off my bill, then they want to know how much you pay for your bill. If you say sure - they will try and set this up on the phone, or direct you to your provider website. like this is an option, I chose my provider's website, they hung up. Someone from "London stock exchange" several phone calls a flday for the last week. Last guy I spoke too called me a "motherf***wring c***" so I assume they aren't an actual company.
Scam - Caller said that they were from Microsoft and, over the last four days, they have received notification that hackers etc had got access to my computer. If I turned on my computer they would be able to clear them from it. When I said it was a scam, I was told that if I did not let them remove the hackers, Microsoft would have to stop any computer from being able to work from my address in the future.

They invoice and use factoring companies. We were stung for around £250 previously. Not heard from them in a couple of years so they've obviously started up again. Just hang up.
