Knew enough about me to make this plausible. I 'needed to go to an appointment' [actually true] so I had to ask them to phone back tomorrow - which they were readily willing to do. SCAM Kept 'Morgan' on the line for 12mins while he told me he was from 'Carphone Warehouse Company' and offered an iPhone 13 for £35. He hung up when I asked what city he was in. Number called again a minute later, so I answered with "Hello, Dartford CID"; it hung up!
