You all need to be aware that this number is likely SPOOOFED. Many scammers are DUPLICATING numbers like Fife Council, so that you assume it s a legit call, should you not answer. That way, they cover their tracks and the number doesn t get blocked, i.e. they distance themselves from the scam. Some of you will have been called by the real Fife Council, others not. It s common.
