An Asian gentleman called apparently on behalf of a company called Housing Couldnt understand the second part of the company name Claimed that they helped tenants with repairs like mould etc He knew my name but didnt seem to know much else seeing as I am not currently a tenant anywhere
Looks like yet another new number being used by scammers. Unrecognized number so let it go to answerphone - caller hung up as soon as it cut in. At best a wrong number, but almost certainly another annoying scam.

SCAM pretending to be Amazon UK about a large value order. I hadn't placed one. Was followed by an email with the same. I went on account, asked Amazon to call me direct to check, was told it's a scam number and email. Reported to [email protected] . Never accept the call, always check with the company direct.

Yes, l got a call from this number to say that l had been involved in a car accident. I said l hadn t, but asked who had informed them l had. She said the RTA so when l asked where the accident was, surprisingly the line went dead. Feeling bloody annoyed l called the number back, but it just said it was invalid. Not happy.

I received an automated call from this number saying tit was the Customs & Revenue service. They were kind enough to inform me that if I didn't press 1 to speak to my case officer then an arrest warrant would be issued for me. I didn't press 1 as I assumed it would be "pay x amount now to settle your account and we will not arrest you." I will update this when they come to arrest me, if I am still alive ha ha.
