Automated call - Didn't answer, then got a 5s voicemail of a Liverpool accent (phone had auto-identified dialling code as Liverpool) saying "ah right, OK, well we'll take you off our list then". I suspect this was an automated response after my voicemail "answered" to say not available, leave your message etc. and voicemail recorded tail end of the response. Crafty.
The woman calling from this number presents a very convincing, elaborate payment SCAM and claims to be a Lawyer in the United Kingdom, representing a "President of a large Italian company." The name or pseudonym used of the so called lawyer is Vikki McKay.
SPAM Didn't respond when I answered the phone. Never received a call from this number before, so I hung up after a few seconds. My Pixel phone then pinged a notification suggesting it could well be spam. Blocked.

Insurance SPAM This number and very similar numbers have been calling me daily for a couple of weeks. I have missed the previous calls but answered today. A very well spoken man said he was calling from some company (I didn't catch the name) to do with my Scottish Widows life insurance. SCAM Dangerous Number. This is related to Microsoft scam who will tell you there is an issue with your PC, gain access and then wipe out your bank accounts after locking you out of your computer. You then get further harassment calls from them trying to "give your computer back" so they can gain further access/exploit more cash from you. Key targets are older or vulnerable people. Be safe.
Missed call from Cardiff, Wales
Automated voice call from this number on Tues 27th June regarding a "transfer from my account in the sum of £1000+ and a transaction to Amazon in the sum of £300+" and I was invited to press button 1 to authorise both transactions which I obviously did not do. There was no description of which "account" involved in either the transfer or the Amazon transaction. Checking all accounts confirms NO cash transfer and NO transaction with Amazon.

Txt message saying from British gas asking for meter reads. Not sure if it's a scam but safer to log onto your British gas account and submit your meter reads there. Normally companies like this would not use a mobile number and it would show as British gas and not the actual number

This number texted me over Whatsapp, apparently by accident. Shared some pics of an asian girl, stated she is from Singapore, living in Poland. Asked for pictures of myself, and was overly friendly. Refused to talk over video. So, yeah, many red flags.

Recorded message saying it was from a bank (no details of which) that my card had been used twice today once for over £1000 and to press a number if OK and another if not. Thought it was a scam.
