This is a scam call supposedly from Amazon. The are very convincing.
Called back fed up with 2 calls a week, Gave them a load of duff info they seem to have swallowed!! Scam the scammers

Will spend over a hour with you on the phone getting you to check your internet security, but while you are doing this they are hacking into your internet and taking all the money from your bank and putting it into a western union account! I kept pestering HER with various questions in the middle of her "spill" eventually she hang up. Anyone reading this NEVER let anyone take control of your computer from a "cold" telephone call....

Said she was calling from microsoft about my computer being hacked. She wanted me to do something on my computer according to her instruction! YEAH RIGHT!! That was not gonna happen! When I asked her some questions she just hang up on me. This person is for sure trying to cheet you so just hang up if she calls (or he like the comment before).
