Just had a call this morning from this number saying therey were from Virgin media and were calling because they were getting error messages from my router so they called to fix it. They wanted me to run some sort of Exe file. I called Virgin and they are not aware of this and said my router appears to be ok. Treat with extreme caution!
Asked if I was XXX. I said no and then he asked if I know him. I said he hadn't even introduced himself and he insulted me and hung up.
