They've rang several times - the number is from Coatbridge in Scotland. I don't know anyone or any companies there so haen't answered.

Left a message on my answer phone which was difficult to understand but appeared to be about an address for parcel delivery. They never said who they were or asked if I was the person they were trying to contact and further investigation showed that calls to this number cost 16p a minute from a landline plus a setup fee of 23p.

Calling on behalf of local energy company he said. Sounded real but then realised it was a recording when I asked a question and he just carried on talking, with no reaction. Had previously answered when asked who he was calling on behalf of. Brummie accent.

But where my FB was this number was there .and I have put soft ware in . I thought I deleted FB and re installed and no we I installed the installed the latest soft ware Amazon is not recognizing me .I have to re log in everywhere . It's a right pain. This number is used by a scammer. DO NOT REPLY OR CONTACT THIS NUMBER. Calls allegedly about payments to Amazon and overseas transaction payment. 'As you haven't used these services before' etc etc. DO NOT PRESS 1. JUST PUT YOUR PHONE DOWN. Second time in a week I've had a call from this number.
The caller didn't leave a message; when I tried to return the call dialling back, an automated message said I had the wrong number. Clearly a nuisance call; now blocked.
