This is allegedly 02 network from an Indian call centre. When i spoke to them i said let me call my customer services to verify your phone number they hung up. As it happens 02 didn't answer the customer service line so unsure if a scam number posing as 02. It didn't charge me for the call. I have blocked the number.

A lady called saying she was from Microsoft saying my computer is being hacked. Wanted me to turn on my computer told her no way . I believe this is a scam.
Received two calls from this number just after 4am. No one spoke, call ended after a few seconds with a click. Turned my mobile off. There had been a third attempt. I was astonished to find out where this call came from. To my knowledge, there is no one there that I know.
Believe this was a scam pretending to be EE just calling to lower my bill but need my address info to send out paperwork didn't notice I gave the wrong address

SCAM ambulance chasers that don't even know if there's been an ambulance! Get a call from them every few days, consistent script: "We're calling from the Legal Department of MAUK" (there is a website for mauk.uk but no listing in Companies House, and the directory for the building in Reading they claim to be in doesn't include any such entity). I keep reporting the calls to ICO and TPS. You'd think the imbeciles would give up - it's been going on for years.
Scam caller, left a disturbing sigh on the phone message. People that use their phones for these things should be interviewed by the police and an address provided for the phone number where its registered to.

Monday May 8 Call from this number stating they were ringing from microsoft. This was one of a series of 6 calls starting on Friday 5th that stated they were (or were probably connected )from microsoft ! Different numbers used for each call; no messages left on answerphone. I have been plagued by similar calls in recent times, and as my landline is quite new, only a handful of people actually have been given this number, therefore any unsolicited calls are clearly SCAMS
