Pete, the manager, worked tirelessly to fix the problem. He called me when he said he would on more than one occasion and went way beyond the call of duty. keep getting calls from this number on my mobile but always silence when i answer. Have tried ringing back but never get a ringing tone and always get cut off almost immediately.
Government ‘type’ Recorded message. Caller was a man and speaking in a very English urgent alarming voice. Informing me of multiple fraudulent use of my National Insurance number ant that unless I pressed option 1 now proceedings could be taken against me also with cancelling my access to my accounts etc.. or something along those lines. Luckily I took the call on my iPad so wasn’t able to press option 1. Which is just as well as I tried to thinking it was genuine at the time. It would frighten many.

They are based on wharf industrial estate in bury, Manchester and Blackburn. The staff who call have no idea, nor choice of who they ring as the system selects a number at random from their data, and only when the line opens do they see your name and address etc. They are legitimate in terms of what they are offering (a free hearing frequency test at your local football club/hotel) however, if you will receive any money should a claim be successful is questionable.
