This number came up on pc claiming it had been hacked and was malware collecting credit card details. Saying call "#above" immediately. It is a con I called Microsoft they told me what I already knew. SCAM trying to sell you unneeded security or after info. The man hung up when I said I was calling on behalf of friend so wasn't at pc, he then hung up twice without answering.

Who ever called on the Vodafone mobile number 07552467997 was very abusive using very foul language and were not prepared to give a name or other ID.

They have gained access to her email, and set it up so that we can't take access back without contacting Google. When I phoned them back they claimed to be Microsoft and asked me to run command prompts on my PC. Completely different company to the one that claimed to be calling her
