Scam company trying to charge a one off fee of £149 to block all nuisance calls. Call originated from India. He could't see the irony when I asked him why he was calling me. When I politely told him I wasn't interested in paying for his services he told me to F off and hung up

Another scam call from "The Advisors", trying to sell premium savings on life insurance. 'Paul' tells me their website is at theadvisors.co.uk - visiting that results in a rather empty webpage from the domain owner trying to sell the domain for £800. No proper website in place! It's the second call I've got from 'Paul' at The Advisors this week, I blocked his previous number, which was 07723553123. You can spot a pattern in these numbers, they're 0772355xxxx. Said they were from BT and were going to cancel Broadband, installed anywhere desktop access software and installed Trojan Gen 5 to gain access to a bank account. Thankfully the bank saw it as a large amount and blocked the transaction

Scam. Said they were from sky and I may have offers, tried to get me to have fibre broadband. I stupidly gave my address, email etc. Just contacted sky & it appears that it’s not one of their numbers. There’s a recording if you ring the number back that does say it’s a recording on behalf of sky. Just be careful not to give any details.
Someone who sounded asian rather than Armenian called and asked me to go to her website. There was so much background noise (usual noisy room full of scammers) I was unable to hear what she was saying except she asked if I bought and sold stocks and shares which I do. I told her I had never heard of her and trusted no one who cold calls me to sell me something. She said she had not told me what she was selling. I suggested she sent me an email as she claimed she knew all my details and hung up.
