A few months ago, I had invested part of my retirement savings into Bitcoin after I saw an opportunity to increase my income not fully aware of the dangers of it. Apparently from Reed Thornton - calling from spanish number. Potential scam if you let it go further than telling them to remove you from whatever list they have -which they won't of course. They can't even bother to make their website redirect http -> https so obviously dodgy.

SCAM Call from local number pretending to be BT. Said issues with router and bank payments. Asked to download anydesk app, to access pc remotely and confirm 9 digit code. Asked for email address, to open up bank statement, balance and recent transactions. Scamming an 80yr old, female - outrageous.

This number called me on my landline & when I answered there was a pre-recorded message to the effect that there had been suspicious transactions on my bank card. I strongly suspect this is a scam.
Text Message from the number read: there is an issue with your item….then a link dating track here for further information. What item? I do not know the number the message is from, there is no company name, no order number, item information at all.
I have no idea who called me from this number as I did not answer it, suspecting it to be spam. No message was left

I received a call from somebody claiming to be from SSE. He wanted to talk about a new contract. He didn’t specify whether it was gas or electricity. I asked him to send your new prices by email. He seemed upset by this very simple request stating that it was impossible. I told him to call back when he had sent the email. He rang from this number 2 days later and came out with the same nonsense. He said he was Roger. I hung up and complained to SSE.

This number called me claiming someone had used a visa card in my name for a £900.00 purchase. They then asked for bank details, passwords etc, I don't have a visa card, this is most definitely an attempt to access my bank account in a criminal way for criminal purposes.
