Wanted to give me a discount as I was a loyal customer. Then tried to get my bank details and debit card number to check that I was the correct customer. When I put the phone down a supervisor called me back and asked the same questions, when I said that they should know I didn t pay my bills by debit card and that I thought the call was a scam he cut the call.

I got a call from this number regarding PPI. I told the caller I wasnt interested & put the phone down. He then RANG ME BACK & demanded to know why Id hung up on him when I hadnt heard what he had to say. I told him I still wasnt interested but he persisted so I just kept saying ovet & over Im not interested until he lost his temper & hung up. Victory for me!!!

This number sent me a message saying my o2 payment had failed and to try again. Link took me to a fake o2 account sign in page. I am not with o2 so clearly an attempt to harvest sign in details.
Opus staff continue to harass me for a balance allegedly owed to NPower. (NPower wrote to me, confirming that their bills using estimated meter readings were inaccurate, & that I owed NOTHING> However, Opus continue to phone me & did so again today. A man called, asking to speak to me (so knew my mobile number and name) and said he was from some pensions advisor service. Same questions as previous calls, was I aware of recent pension changes in the law etc. I was a bit vague so he said he would pass me onto a senior advisor at which point I hung up.

TAXES / HMRC Call received letting me know that my National Insurance number had been compromised. Claiming to be from National Crime Agency. I have had a number of these calls from 07932 430057, then 07932 430068. I'm sure if you press 1 to be connected to someone you will be paying a fortune for the call. Just block it. If HMRC or the NCA want to get hold of you they won't be doing it with a random mobile number!!
I ve had this number call me twice within a few hours. I just let my answerphone take it. Same with all nuisance phone calls. If I recognise the voice, then I answer.
